Il Community Manager Kaivax ha annunciato che da oggi sono disponibili i trasferimenti gratuiti dei personaggi dei Reami Era Classic, ma non si potranno trasferire i personaggi nei seguenti casi:
- Il personaggio è un capo gilda;
- Il personaggio ha aste o offerte attive;
- Il personaggio deve ritirare ancora la posta;
- Potrebbe arrivare la richiesta di cambiare nome per trasferire il personaggio;
- Non si può trasferire un personaggio in reame PvP se si ha già un personaggio in quel server ma di fazione opposta;
Si ricorda che il trasferimento potrebbe durare qualche ora.

- A character cannot move if the character:
- is a guild leader.
- has active auction listings or bids.
- has mail.
- You may be required to change your character’s name once you’ve reached the destination realm.
- You cannot move a character to a PvP realm where you already have a character belonging to the opposing faction.
- This is a one-way, irreversible move. Blizzard Customer Support cannot monitor or modify a free character move.
During periods of high usage, free character moves may take up to several hours to complete.
